frequently asked questions…

  • Do you charge for estimates?

Yes, we do. Our fee is $25.00/estimate. Should you decide to move forward with the repair, the fee will be credited to your final bill.

You can either wait while we write up your estimate or have it emailed to you by the end of the day.

  • Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We work with most insurance carriers. Once you have filed your claim, we can work together with your adjuster to keep the process flowing smoothly.

  • How does the repair process work?

The first step is to get an estimate for what your repairs will cost. If you decide to move forward with the process, whether through insurance or out-of-pocket, we’ll send you an authorization form to sign. Once we receive the completed form, we’ll order any parts which may be needed. Parts generally take 7-10 business days to arrive. As soon as your parts come in we’ll contact you to schedule a drop-off day. If your repair doesn’t require any parts to be replaced, we’ll schedule you as soon as we receive your authorization form. When repairs, are completed we will give you a call to pick up your vehicle.

Please note: For insurance claims, approval by your carrier is required prior to ordering any parts.

  • Is the total on my estimate the final amount I will owe?

Occasionally, additional, hidden damages can be found during the repair process. If it’s an insurance claim, we can submit the necessary documentation to your adjuster and file a supplement.

If you’re paying out-of-pocket, we will contact you prior to starting on any additional, non-documented damages or ordering any parts that were not on your original estimate.

You won’t have any surprise totals when you pick up your vehicle.

  • Do you supply a loaner car while my repairs are being done?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer courtesy vehicles at this time, but we are happy to set up a reservation for you through Enterprise, at a discounted body shop rate.

  • Can you just "pop a dent out"?

Many people inquire about Paintless Dent Repair or, “popping it out”. We don’t offer this service, but we know a couple of great companies that do and are happy to recommend them you.

  • Do you require a down payment?

If parts need to be ordered for your repair, we do require a 40% deposit. If no parts are needed, no deposit is necessary. If you have a deductible as part of your insurance claim, your deductible is due when you pick up your vehicle.
